All my prints are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Pearl fine art papers. This paper has a nice heavy weight (320 gsm) and is made of 100% cotton. It is characterised by a natural white base and a pearl finish.
The paper’s pearl finish is a perfect mix between a matt finish (classic look) and a high gloss finish (optimised for contrast and sharpness).
It’s surface texture gives the paper a soft feel and a sense of depth, however it is not dominantly apparent.
The photo’s are printed on a Canon Pro-10 professional printer using only original inks to ensure color, tone and UV stability. Every print is coated with Hahnemühle protective spray to minimise the effect of finger prints, UV damage and it makes the prints a bit more water resistant.
Currently I offer 3 print sizes: A3, A4 and A5 and two editions: Single prints and Artist Editions. Artist Editions are only available in A3 format.
A3 Artist Edition – 297 x 420mm
This is the largest size I offer. This size is suitable for framing and hanging on a wall without becoming the center piece in a room, it still allows for an intimate viewing distance. This size is also still easy to hold in your hands for close up viewing.
The A3 – Artist Edition will be signed and comes with an Artist Note. The Artist Note give you background information about each individual print. I’ll answer questions like;
A3 – 297 x 420mm
This size is suitable for framing and hanging on a wall without becoming the center piece in a room, it still allows for an intimate viewing distance. This size is also still easy to hold in your hands for close up viewing.
A4 – 210 x 297mm
This size is perfect for viewing the photo up close without having to keep the print at arms length. Framed and hanged this photo fit’s nicely among other photo’s on a wall.
A5 – 148 x 210mm
This format is the most economic format with still all details of the photo available.
All prints will come with a border.
A3 sizes come with a 2 cm border, A4 sizes come with a 1,4 cm border and A5 sizes will come with a 1 cm border.
Borders prevent fingers prints on the image itself and minimises image blockage by framing. I do not offer framing.
All prints are packaged in a way to minimise transport related damages. All sizes larger than A4 will be rolled and packed in a trapezoid shaped carton container. A4 and smaller sized prints come flat in carton boxes which will fit in a standard sizes mailbox.
Shipping is arranged by PostNL, with Track & Trace code. Please consider lead times, I print on demand once a week.
